“Just wanted to share the following recipe for parley/ cilantro season. It goes with everything: any meat, roasted veggies, salads, etc.”
1 large garlic clove
1 1/2 cups cilantro, including stems
1 1/2 cups parsley, including stems
1/4 cup lemon juice or vinegar (start with a few tablespoons, add more to taste)
1/3 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
Blend everything in a food processor or blender, or chop everything up finely and mix it together.
