2/3 cup finely chopped cilantro ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (~3)
¼ cup finely chopped red onion ¼ cup light vegetable oil (like canola or safflower)
3 Tbsp peanut oil 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp tomato paste 1 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tsp honey 2 tsp hot chile oil (optional), ½ tsp salt
Combine all in a large glass jar. With lid on tight, shake jar vigorously until oil & lemon juice have combined and thickened. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks; shake again before serving.
