Week 17: Broccoli With Cilantro & Garlic

1 head broccoli, rough chopped                              ¼ cup cilantro (or parsley), chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil                                                            1½ Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced

Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 6 to 8 minutes, or until tender. Transfer broccoli to a serving bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir until hot. Pour sauce over broccoli and season with S&P to taste.
